- Add support for 1GB, 4GB and 8GB RAM

Known Issues/Limitations:
-------------------------
- When using UUU, the flash target for an OS image must be hard-coded in U-Boot
  Kconfig to either eMMC or SD card. By default, it is set to eMMC. This means
  that flashing an OS image to SD card via the built-in UUU script sd_all will
  instead flash the eMMC device. U-Boot sources must be altered and thus
  recompiled to change this behaviour.
- When setting the backlight brightness to "1" for the AC200 display, the light
  will flicker.
- The largest continuous main memory area available in U-Boot is about 1.28 GB.
  This means that, when flashing an OS image via U-Boot, the image must be
  smaller than 1.28 GB.

Known Issues/Limitations:

- Release Manifest does not point to correct branch of meta-phytec,
  meta-ampliphy and meta-qt6-phytec.
  Therefore the DISTRO_VERSION is not set correct. This will be corrected
  with PD24.1.1. Please update to the newer release.
  No functional issue.
